Nathan Simon
Nathan is the lead analyst for KCRA's strategy and operations management consulting service lines. He has over 10 years of experience in internal and external consulting roles, and most recently managed an independent consulting practice geared toward aligning clients' strategies and organizational structures and processes. As part of this venture, Nathan partnered with a Harvard Business School professor on research designed to measure the performance of organizations' internal coordination systems. Prior to launching his own consulting practice, Nathan was responsible for global strategy and business development for a business unit at a multinational financial services company. In this role, he led strategic and operational initiatives that spanned multiple geographies and functional areas, including launching new businesses in East Asia and Eastern Europe. Nathan holds an M.A. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
