Deloitte Consulting's rapid rise up Consulting magazine's Best Firms to Work For rankings continues this year as the firm moves up to No. 5.

Jim Moffatt, who was named Chairman and CEO of Deloitte Consulting in May, says the award is particularly meaningful because it's based on input from Deloitte practitioners. "That we have continued to be on the list during a time of incredible growth is confirmation that we are focused on the things that matter most to our people: serving clients with distinction, providing a rich and rewarding experience for our people, and giving back to our communities," Moffatt says. To that end, Deloitte is set to launch its $300 million Deloitte University in the fall. "This is truly a game-changer for us," Moffatt says.
