Every consulting firm likes to think they have a unique way of doing business that leads to outstanding culture. Many do, of course, but in the case of Cask, "unique" may be an understatement. At Cask, all employees have the ability to work remotely, work on flexible schedules, receive business cell phones or compensation, collect tuition reimbursement and stipends for fitness and internet connectivity.
