Consulting Magazine announces the honorees for the 2023 Women Leaders in Consulting awards.
The importance of women leaders in our profession is one of the reasons Consulting Magazine has sought to identify and recognize outstanding female leadership for more than 16 years.
The consulting industry has long been a male-dominated sector of professional services, but we have seen a marked swing in that statistic over the past two decades.
We believe it a valuable and necessary endeavor to point up the success and leadership of these outstanding professionals as they affect increasingly impactful transformation for firms, clients, future women leaders and entrants to the profession.
This year, not only are we honoring the leading women in our industry, but those firms and teams with successful female-led programs and initiatives and contributions relating to promoting diversity and inclusion in the industry.
Consulting Magazine is pleased to honor these women and firms as we recognize their accomplishments and success.
The 44 individual honorees for 2023 were selected in six distinct categories: DEI Champion, ESG Champion, Excellence in Client Service, Excellence in Leadership, Future Leaders, Lifetime Achievement and Mentor of the Year.
The six team/firm honorees were selected in categories based on successful women-led teams in DEI programming and efforts toward retaining female professionals.
The 2023 Women Leaders in Consulting will be celebrated at a gala dinner Nov. 2, at the New York Marriott Marquis.
