Program Title: Global Multicultural Employee Network Group Program Overview: Protiviti's Multicultural Employee Network Group (MENG) goal is to create a firmwide environment that increases the understanding and importance of multiculturalism and diversity. The program was designed to ensure employees of all cultures, races, and ethnicities are accepted and valued and reflective of the communities we live in and serve. Through MENG's foundational pillars of education, communication, mentoring and outreach, Protiviti endeavors to attract, recruit, retain, and facilitate career development and growth for all. By recognizing and celebrating the outstanding contributions of the Multicultural Employee Network Group and its leadership we embody our diversity and affirm our values of integrity, inclusion, innovation, and commitment to success.
