More acquisition news in the consulting industry as PricewaterhouseCoopers has announced the acquisition of EagleDream Technologies, a leading cloud-native transformation company and a Premier Consulting Partner in the Amazon Web Services Network (APN). The move comes as more and more business transformation efforts are being underpinned by cloud platforms.
EagleDream, a full-stack cloud transformation company, offers advanced cloud and application modernization services including UI and UX design, cloud adoption, application modernization, development, security and operations, data transformation, managed cloud services and digital differentiation. The acquisition will see approximately 100 EagleDream employees transitioning to PwC's US Advisory business.
