This past year, Marsh’s Client Advisory Services went through a comprehensive global restructuring. The firm’s four separate business units, which include Marsh Risk Consulting (MRC), Marsh Captive Solutions, Marsh Claims Advocacy, and Marsh Risk Analytics, were brought together into one cohesive group. “This new structure not only unified the CAS management team, but also changed how we interact with the broader Marsh organization,” Michale Poulos says. “The four units previously had taken a fairly siloed approach to engaging with client advisors and addressing clients’ risks. Now as CAS we can provide a more comprehensive experience and holistic strategies for our colleagues and our clients.”
