It's two years and counting for CapTech as one of the Best Firms to Work For. Of course, that number pales in comparison to 16 years, which is how many consecutive years the firm has grown, says Sandy Williamson, Founding Principal and CEO of CapTech. That growth was there even through the leaner years of the Great Recession.

"Our continuous growth usually is at the top of the list when we ask our employees what excites them about working at CapTech," Williamson says. "Morale at CapTech is very high. The reasons are many. For the firm to be successful, we need to have great clients who have challenging projects for which they need a partner."
