Point B has acquired TNG, a digital experience design studio with a 23-year history of success in helping companies increase innovation and agility in their content, communications and culture to drive exceptional digital user experiences.

The acquisition of TNG complements and extends Point B's expertise in strategic delivery, bringing customers the in-depth creative, development and technology capabilities they need to respond to the rapid pace of digital transformation, says Mike Pongon, Point B CEO.

"This is one of the most exciting investments in Point B's 22-year history. Our customers face unprecedented and increasingly complex digital challenges, and they need to transform, and in many cases undergo a total business model reinvention, to stay viable," Pongon says. "TNG's creative, strategy and development capabilities are not only imperative, they will change the way our customers do business."
