Make it three years and counting for The Boston Consulting Group as the No. 1 firm in our annual Best Firms to Work For survey. Meanwhile, Navigate is back atop the Best Small Firms to Work For ranking. That makes it two years in a row for the Wayne, Pa.-based Operations Management and Strategy firm.

Overall, survey results indicate satisfaction levels remained relatively unchanged in 2016, which is good news since those levels are elevated by historical standards. Interestingly, scores in four of the six categories remained identical year over year. Only two categories had minor deviations from 2015 results. Satisfaction levels in the Culture category increased two points, while the level in the Leadership category decreased two points.

Newcomers on the Best Firms to Work For list include; Collaborative Solutions (No. 5) and Pariveda Solutions (No. 10). Collaborative Solutions was one of the Best Small Firms to Work For in 2013. In addition, RSM (formerly McGladrey) and NTT Data (formerly Carlisle & Gallagher) also made its debuts as new brands.

Newcomers to the Best Small Firms to Work For rankings include: Lausanne Business Solutions (No. 2), Prominence Advisors (No. 10) and HDH Advisors (No. 15).
