Move enhances the firm's ability to support owners through the full lifecycle of complex capital investments and large-scale infrastructure programs.
With over a decade of experience in capital program governance, Chandler will focus on helping clients navigate risk and improve delivery confidence.

Global consultancy HKA has announced the appointment of Tripp Chandler to its leadership team to strengthen the firm's project advisory services. Chandler joins the firm as a recognized expert in capital programs, specifically tasked with enhancing HKA's ability to support owners through the strategy, planning, delivery, and assurance phases of major investments.
In his new role, Chandler will focus on providing value protection across the full lifecycle of capital projects. His expertise is expected to help organizations strengthen governance, control risks, and recover value—capabilities that are increasingly critical as public and private-sector clients navigate larger and more complex infrastructure requirements.
Chandler brings more than 10 years of experience advising clients across a diverse range of sectors, including energy, transportation, healthcare, government, and manufacturing. He specializes in project advisory services, with specific technical depth in construction audits, cost recovery, and the implementation of project management information system (PMIS) strategies.
"I'm excited to join HKA at a time when owners are facing increasing pressure to deliver capital projects efficiently, transparently, and with greater certainty," Chandler stated. "HKA's integrated advisory and technical capabilities allow us to support clients well before disputes arise, helping them proactively manage risk, protect value, and make better decisions across their capital programs."
Throughout his career, Chandler has led advisory engagements for some of the largest owner-managed capital programs in North America. He is noted for his ability to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, having previously developed a capital technology partnership ecosystem designed to improve reporting and transparency between owners and contractors.
HKA leadership highlighted Chandler's ability to combine technical insight with strategic perspective as a key asset for the construction advisory team. His background in identifying operational blind spots and driving cost recovery initiatives has reportedly generated millions of dollars in recovered value for previous clients. Chandler holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and is a Certified Construction Auditor.
