The move aims to bolster the firm's operating model redesign capabilities amid growing demand driven by technology and human capital shifts.

Mann Partners has appointed Todd Christian as a new Partner, bringing in an executive with over three decades of experience in corporate transformation. Christian joins the firm from a background that includes leadership roles at Accenture, AlignOrg Solutions, and retailer Lowe's.
His appointment comes as the consulting firm seeks to expand its services in operating model redesign, a practice area seeing increased demand as companies navigate changes in technology and talent management. In his previous roles, Christian focused on enterprise-wide transformations and performance improvement initiatives.
Throughout his career, Christian has advised more than 35 organizations on projects including the integration of acquisitions, the development of AI-enabled capabilities, and the alignment of corporate structures with strategic goals. His industry experience covers sectors such as retail, consumer products, energy, and financial services.
"Operating model redesign, in the current environment, requires the ability to align strategy, structure, talent, and technology and Todd brings exactly the level of clarity, experience, and executional rigor our clients demand," said Alice Mann, Founder and CEO of Mann Partners.
Charles Weiss, Chair of the firm's Advisory Board, noted that Christian's expertise complements the existing leadership and is expected to help accelerate the firm's growth.
"I'm thrilled to join Mann Partners at a pivotal moment in the firm's growth," Christian stated. "The momentum she [Alice Mann] has created is extraordinary, and I'm excited to contribute to the next chapter of the firm."
In addition to his consulting work, Christian has served on the Board of Directors of the Organization Design Forum and is currently on the Board of Advisors for Queens University of Charlotte.
