Veda Praxis has appointed firm Partner Tri Listyowati to the additional role of Head of its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practice. The firm announced the move from its Jakarta office.

With more than 15 years of experience, Listyowati will now lead the strategic direction for the firm's GRC services. Her responsibilities include guiding the practice team and helping clients manage increasingly complex governance and compliance challenges. The appointment comes as organizations in Southeast Asia and other regions face growing regulatory expectations and operational complexity, requiring more resilient internal control environments.
