Firm appoints a new CIO and two practice leaders signaling a strategic focus on technology integration and large-scale program delivery.
Global professional services firm RGP has announced three senior leadership appointments over the past week, naming a new Chief Information Officer and two new practice leaders to strengthen its consulting services for digital transformation and enterprise project management. The moves suggest a concerted effort by the firm to deepen its capabilities in executing complex technology and operational initiatives for its clients.
Prashant Lamba joins the firm as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In this role, Lamba is tasked with leading RGP's technology strategy and advancing a unified digital ecosystem across its consulting and on-demand talent models. He joins RGP from Ankura Consulting Group, where he was a Senior Managing Director, and previously held roles at Oracle and Publicis Sapient.
"Prashant brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and a forward-looking perspective on how technology can elevate both customer and employee experiences," said Roger Carlile, CEO of RGP.
Within its Consulting Services Segment, RGP promoted Danielle Custalow to Digital Experience Technologies Practice Leader. Custalow will lead the firm's digital and technology delivery for complex global implementations. Her focus will be on modernizing RGP's delivery framework, moving from traditional Project Management Office (PMO) models toward more embedded, technical teams. Prior to joining RGP, Custalow built and scaled program teams at ICF.
The firm also appointed Rachel Adler as Program & Project Management Practice Leader. Adler will lead RGP's capabilities in enterprise program management, transformation governance, and project delivery. She joined RGP in 2019 as part of the acquisition of Veracity Consulting, a firm she co-founded in 2015.
"Transformation initiatives succeed or fail based on execution," said Scott Rottmann, President of Consulting Services at RGP, in a statement regarding Adler's appointment. "Rachel brings deep experience leading complex programs that connect business strategy, technology delivery, and organizational change."
Taken together, the appointments indicate a strategic focus on the execution side of consulting, an area of growing demand as enterprises undertake large-scale investments in AI, ERP modernization, and other digital initiatives. The new leadership roles are structured to help clients manage the practical implementation of these complex programs.
