Nicholas Papke joins the firm's Transaction Advisory practice, while Robert Frezza joins the Restructuring and Dispute Resolution team, signaling continued investment in key service areas.
CohnReznick announced the addition of two new managing directors, Nicholas Papke and Robert J. Frezza, who will join the firm's Transaction Advisory and Restructuring and Dispute Resolution practices, respectively.
Papke joins CohnReznick with a decade of domestic and international deal experience from a large global professional services firm. Since 2020, he has led more than 100 transactional advisory engagements, focusing on financial due diligence, operational analysis and advisory support. His work has involved buy-side and sell-side diligence for organizations with revenues from $10 million to $1 billion, as well as multinational acquisitions valued up to $10 billion.

Frezza joins the firm's national Restructuring and Dispute Resolution practice, bringing more than 25 years of experience advising companies, lenders, and creditors in distressed situations. His industry experience includes manufacturing, logistics, professional services and construction engineering. Before CohnReznick, Frezza was a managing director for a Big Four firm and also worked with a global consultancy focused on risk management and business transformation. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
