The cybersecurity advisory firm has adopted a new identity to reflect its expanded capabilities in AI, resilience, and other technology domains following a management buyout and a key acquisition in 2025.

Cybersecurity consulting firm MorganFranklin Cyber announced it has rebranded as Arcova. The name change is part of a strategic effort to represent the company's evolution from a pure-play cybersecurity practice to a broader advisory firm with expanded services in artificial intelligence, resilience and adjacent technology fields.

The move follows a period of significant change for the firm, which began as a practice within MorganFranklin Consulting in 2018. The group has since undergone a private equity-backed management buyout, separating from its former parent company (now Highspring), and acquired Lynx Technology Partners in 2025. These developments have broadened the firm's service offerings and international presence.

"This transformation marks a defining moment in our journey," said Keith Hollender, CEO and founding partner of Arcova. "Our evolution to Arcova reflects not just a new identity, but a simple truth this firm was founded on: clients deserve more than presentations and process. They deserve practitioners who have sat in their seat, carried the responsibility, and know firsthand what it takes to solve real problems under pressure."

According to the company, the rebrand is intended to align its market position with its current capabilities. While maintaining its "secure-by-design" approach, Arcova's expertise now formally includes Cyber Strategy and GRC, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Architecture, Engineering and Infrastructure/Operational Technology Security (AEGIS), Adaptive Resilience, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) services.

"This rebrand sharpens our focus, strengthens our market position, and aligns our capabilities with the evolving needs of modern enterprises," stated Pete Schile, president and founding partner of Arcova.

Company leadership confirmed that existing client relationships, management, and core service offerings will remain unchanged. The rebrand includes a new visual identity and website but maintains the firm's existing structure and personnel. Headquartered in Charlotte, Arcova is backed by M|C Partners and operates 12 additional offices globally.
