Stuart Jackson, Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, Greystone.
Advisory firm has appointed the two-decade veteran to a newly formalized role, signaling a continued focus on integrated growth strategy and internal leadership development.
Greystone, an Irving, TX-based advisory firm, has appointed Stuart Jackson to the role of Chief Growth and Strategy Officer. The firm stated the new title is a formal acknowledgment of the strategic leadership Jackson has provided for several years.
In his position, Jackson will be responsible for aligning the firm's growth initiatives with its advisory platform, which integrates planning, finance, development, marketing, and operations. Jackson has been with Greystone for more than 20 years, with a background in accounting and financial advisory. He has experience guiding clients in the senior living industry through development and repositioning projects.
According to Mark Andrews, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Greystone, the role formalizes Jackson's existing contributions. "This role doesn't change what Stuart does—it acknowledges the leadership he's already providing and positions him to expand that impact as the senior living industry evolves," Andrews said in a statement.
The appointment is part of Greystone's stated long-term strategy of promoting leadership from within the organization. The firm noted that for over four decades, it has focused on developing leaders who have deep institutional knowledge and existing client relationships.
"At Greystone, growth and thought leadership are rooted in our people and our ability to collaborate and drive meaningful change," Jackson commented on his role. "By partnering closely with our clients, we create meaningful impact for the residents and communities they serve."
The firm's enterprise leadership team, which includes Mindy Cheek, Justin Spooner, and Julie Holt, will continue to manage execution across its service lines. Mark Andrews and John Spooner will remain in their roles as Co-Chief Executive Officers, overseeing the firm's strategic direction and governance.
