Nam joins from FTAI Aviation, bringing a background in high-growth finance and Big Four professional services to the global consulting firm.
FTI Consulting has named Angela Nam as its next Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2026. Nam will also serve as a member of the firm's Executive Committee and will be based in the New York City office
Most recently, Nam was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of FTAI Aviation Ltd., a company specializing in the maintenance, repair, and leasing of commercial jet engines. During her leadership in the finance function, FTAI Aviation's revenues grew from $708 million in 2022 to a reported $2.5 billion in 2025. She assumed the CFO role there in August 2022 following the spin-off of its infrastructure business.
Prior to her time at FTAI, Nam was a Senior Vice President of Private Equity at Fortress Investment Group LLC. In that role, she was involved in transaction advisory for IPOs, spin-offs, debt offerings, and acquisitions for portfolio companies.
Nam began her career in professional services at KPMG, where she spent 10 years advising public and private companies on audits, SEC reporting, and other accounting matters.

Gunby also noted that Paul Linton, who has been serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer, will remain in the role until Nam's arrival. Linton will then transition back to his position as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer.
