Daniel Jarosch, Senior Partner, Prophet.
Move signals firm's focus on expanding its growth strategy and AI-enabled transformation services for clients in the region.
Global strategy and creative firm Prophet has named Daniel Jarosch as a Senior Partner in its Asia Pacific practice. Jarosch joins the firm from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he served as a Managing Director and Partner.
Based in Singapore, Jarosch brings over two decades of experience, including his work at BCG advising organizations on growth strategy, portfolio innovation, and transformation projects involving technology and artificial intelligence. His background also includes entrepreneurial ventures, having founded and scaled multiple companies through to acquisition and IPO.
In his new role at Prophet, Jarosch will be responsible for working with clients across the Asia Pacific region on accelerating organic growth, launching new ventures and leading enterprise-wide transformation. A key part of his mandate will be applying AI to deliver measurable commercial impact for clients.
Alan Casey, Senior Partner and Asia Regional Lead at Prophet, noted Jarosch's blend of consulting and entrepreneurial experience. "His leadership in large-scale transformation will be essential as we help our Asia-Pacific clients bridge the gap between strategy and execution," Casey said in a statement.
The appointment comes as consulting firms increasingly focus on integrating practical AI applications into their strategic offerings. For Prophet, bringing in a senior leader with a background from a major competitor like BCG indicates a strategic effort to deepen its expertise and market presence in the competitive Asia Pacific region.
"What makes Prophet unique is its relentless focus on uncommon growth that shows up in numbers," Jarosch stated. "It's not about buzzwords—it's about shaping strategy, leading change, speed to impact and applying AI to drive measurable business outcomes."
