Deal adds advisory firm and its 200 employees, expanding CrossCountry's national footprint and deepening its capabilities for the Office of the CFO.
McLean, VA-based CrossCountry Consulting has acquired CNM LLP, a business advisory firm headquartered in Southern California that specializes in services for the Office of the CFO. The move significantly expands CrossCountry's presence on the West Coast and adds to its portfolio of finance-focused consulting services.
Founded in 2003, CNM provides expertise in accounting, transactions, risk advisory, and business transformation. The firm has over 200 employees across offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, New York, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
"This acquisition is a pivotal step in our growth strategy, significantly expanding our ability to support clients in the Southern California market and enhancing our core solutions for the Office of the CFO," said Erik Linn, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CrossCountry Consulting. He also noted the alignment of the two firms' company cultures.
As part of the transaction, CNM's Managing Partner, Sanjay Sheth, will transition into a new role as CrossCountry's Los Angeles Office Managing Partner and Southern California Market Leader.
