Simon-Kucher has announced the return of Hubert Paul as a Partner in its Atlanta office, rejoining the firm's North American Consumer practice. Paul, who previously spent nearly nine years at the consultancy, brings more than 13 years of experience in top-line growth advisory, focusing on B2C commercial excellence and monetization strategies.

His appointment comes as the firm continues to expand its consumer-focused team, which it reports grew by 80% in 2025.

"He brings remarkable expertise in the B2C industries across commercial strategy, pricing and revenue growth," said Shikha Jain, Partner and Head of Consumer, North America at Simon-Kucher. Jain added that Paul will be instrumental in "catalyzing growth for our clients and supporting regional and global transformations."

Paul's consulting experience spans a wide range of consumer-facing industries, including retail, apparel, restaurants and consumer services. He also has experience in sectors such as early child care education, theme parks and travel, with a background in business models that include e-commerce, brick-and-mortar and franchise systems.

In addition to his client-facing responsibilities, Paul will contribute to internal firm initiatives, including the adoption of AI to improve productivity and efficiency. He will also be involved in thought leadership and will serve as a leadership member of the Asians at SK Employee Resource Group.

"I am thrilled to return to Simon-Kucher and rejoin a team that sets the standard in commercial excellence," said Paul. "I look forward to driving impactful top line growth and revenue management strategies for clients across retail, restaurants and consumer services."

During his time away from Simon-Kucher, Paul worked at L.E.K. Consulting in Atlanta. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.

Paul's return coincides with a period of significant change in the consumer sector, as businesses adapt to shifting consumer behaviors influenced by economic pressures, tariffs and technological advancements.
