The management and technology consulting firm is expanding its leadership in its health care, operations, and artificial intelligence practices to support continued growth.
Chicago-based consulting firm AArete announced a series of leadership changes this week, promoting four individuals to managing director and hiring a new vice president of legal and compliance. The appointments are concentrated in the firm's health care and AI consulting practices, signaling a strategic focus on these high-demand sectors.
The new managing directors are Diane Body, Emily Dawes, Konrad Siczek, and Priya Iragavarapu. Body brings over 30 years of experience in IT and operations leadership within the health insurance and provider markets. Dawes and Siczek are both leaders in the firm's Network Solutions practice, advising healthcare clients on cost-of-care strategies, network design and operational improvements. Iragavarapu, a specialist in data, analytics, and AI, leads the firm's AI solutions, including its Doczy.ai™ platform.
These promotions point to the firm's efforts to deepen its expertise in areas critical to the health care industry, particularly around cost management and the integration of advanced technology.
"Diane, Emily, Konrad and Priya have consistently delivered with exceptional results for our clients," said AArete CEO Loren Trimble in a statement. "These promotions recognize each of their significant achievements and underscore our commitment to elevating internal talent and client delivery excellence."
In addition to the promotions, AArete has hired Scott Zambo as vice president of legal and compliance. Zambo previously served as outside counsel to the firm and brings more than two decades of experience in corporate and health care law. His move in-house suggests the firm is building out its internal infrastructure to manage the legal and regulatory complexities associated with its growth and the industries it serves.
The firm also announced the promotion of three new vice presidents, further bolstering its expertise in data and operations:
- Jeremiah Nace will focus on advancing health care data analytics and scalable cloud data platforms for health plans.
- Brian Poulter is tasked with bridging business and technical expertise to build member-centric strategies and drive digital transformation.
- Adam Schulz brings expertise in payer operations, strategic profitability improvement and the firm's Payment Intelligence® solution.
These personnel changes follow several recent industry recognitions for AArete, including being named to the 2025 lists of Modern Healthcare's Largest Management Consulting Firms and Forbes America's Best Management Consulting Firms.
