Jennifer Jones, Chief Strategy & Experience Officer, RPG.
Newly expanded role combines enterprise strategy with marketing and communications, pointing to a growing trend of integrating high-level planning with customer and employee engagement.
Global professional services firm RGP announced today it has promoted Jennifer Jones to the newly created role of Chief Strategy & Experience Officer (CSxO), effective immediately. Jones, who most recently served as the company's Chief Marketing Officer, will now be responsible for aligning RGP's strategic direction with market opportunities and client needs.
In this expanded capacity, Jones will continue to oversee the firm's marketing and communications functions while also taking on the mandate to define and execute enterprise strategy. The move consolidates brand, go-to-market execution, and strategic planning under a single leader.
Her career background includes experience in large-scale transformation projects covering brand, customer and employee experience, service design, and the implementation of automation and AI-enabled operating models. As CMO, she led the relaunch of RGP's global brand and implemented a data-driven marketing transformation aimed at accelerating pipeline growth.
RGP President and CEO Roger Carlile noted that Jones's experience spans key areas of modern business transformation. "We believe her ability to connect strategic vision with human-centered execution will help lead RGP into its next chapter of growth," Carlile stated.
The creation of a CSxO role reflects a broader industry movement toward more tightly integrating a company's strategic goals with the way it is perceived and experienced by both customers and employees.
"I'm honored to step into this role at a moment when strategy and experience are no longer separate conversations," said Jones. "The future belongs to organizations that connect ambition with humanity, where strategy is clear, execution is intentional, and people are at the center of every decision."
