Senior Managing Consultant Manuela Gfrörer was named Best Damages Expert, while Associate Director Luis Cintrón was a finalist in the 2025 Remote Oral Advocacy Program for Latin America.

Global consultancy HKA announced that two of its experts, Manuela Gfrörer and Luis Cintrón, have received recognition for their performance in Delos's 2025 Remote Oral Advocacy Program (ROAP) for Latin America. The program provides skill-based training for arbitration practitioners and in-house counsel, focusing on oral submissions and cross-examination.

Manuela Gfrörer, a Senior Managing Consultant in HKA's Madrid office, won the award for Best Damages Expert in the ROAP LATAM course on cross-examination in damages. Gfrörer is a chartered accountant with over a decade of experience advising clients on damages in international arbitrations and forensic investigations. She has acted in proceedings under various international rules, including ICSID, ICC and ICDR, in sectors such as energy, construction and technology.

Luis Cintrón, an Associate Director based in the firm's Miami office, was recognized as a finalist in the cross-examination in construction course. Cintrón is a licensed professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in construction project management across Latin America and North America. He frequently prepares expert witness reports for clients involved in arbitration related to project management, delays and quantum disputes.

Delos's ROAP curriculum takes place over five months and includes teaching and practice sessions that conclude with public cross-examinations before a panel of international arbitrators.
