Global advisory firm will integrate the software company's platform to provide clients with more advanced data analytics and automation for managing pay structures.
Advisory and broking firm WTW has announced a strategic partnership with Bettercomp, a compensation benchmarking software provider. The collaboration aims to combine WTW's compensation consulting services and proprietary data with Bettercomp's technology platform.
Through the partnership, clients will gain access to Bettercomp’s software, which is designed to integrate compensation survey data from multiple sources. The platform uses analytics and AI-driven automation to help organizations evaluate and design pay structures, enabling more data-informed decisions.
The move comes as human resources departments increasingly rely on technology to manage complex compensation programs that align with business and talent strategies. By pairing WTW's advisory on pay program design with Bettercomp's workflow and data analysis tools, the companies intend to offer a more scalable and efficient solution for their customers.
“Today’s HR professionals need intuitive technology, data and analytics to support decision making and navigate complex compensation programs,” said Mark Reid, Global Head of the Work & Rewards business at WTW. He added that the partnership will allow for "better integration and faster innovation."
Alan Miegel, co-founder and CEO of Bettercomp, stated that the collaboration allows the company to deliver its platform, designed to manage the intricacies of global compensation, to a wider audience. He also said it will help drive "additional innovation for our mutual customers."
