WTW has appointed Sheila Nordquist as its new Health and Benefits (H&B) leader for North America. The appointment, which is part of the firm's Health, Wealth & Career segment, is effective Jan. 12. In her new capacity, Nordquist will be responsible for developing and driving the growth strategy for the H&B business across the region.
Nordquist has been with WTW since 2013, when she joined as a client advocate for new business development. Since then, she has held several leadership positions within the H&B business, including North Central market leader and U.S. Growth co-leader. Her most recent role was as the Midwest H&B region leader.
