The promotions, effective January 1, 2026, include 22 new Partner & Managing Directors, 49 Partners, and 104 Directors across the firm's international offices.

Global consulting firm AlixPartners has announced a significant round of 175 senior promotions, which took effect at the beginning of the year. The promotions span three senior levels: Partner & Managing Director, Partner, and Director.

The firm elevated 22 individuals to Partner & Managing Director, its highest rank. The newly appointed leaders are spread across the firm's key practice areas, including Turnaround & Restructuring, Performance Improvement, Risk Advisory, and various industry-specific groups.

In a statement, Co-CEO David Garfield noted the promotions recognize the individuals' "outstanding impact and contributions to our clients and our firm." Co-CEO Rob Hornby added that the promoted individuals "lead both their disciplines and our business with true, demonstrated expertise."

In addition to the Partner & Managing Director appointments, AlixPartners promoted 49 individuals to Partner and 104 to Director. These promotions are distributed across the firm's operations in the Americas, Asia, and the EMEA region.
