Nour brings over two decades of experience and has advised on more than 500 domestic and international deals, strengthening the firm's M&A advisory capabilities.

Sikich has appointed Abe Nour as a new principal in its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. Nour joins the professional services firm from Kroll Consulting, where he was a managing director and equity partner.

With more than 20 years of experience, Nour has advised on over 500 domestic and international transactions for a client base that includes private equity firms, corporate buyers, and entrepreneurs. His work spans the deal lifecycle, from initial strategy and due diligence to negotiation and post-close integration.

Nour’s expertise covers both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, with a focus on quality of earnings and working capital analyses, purchase and loan agreement terms, and carve-out transactions. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, SaaS, and business services.

Prior to his role at Sikich, Nour led complex diligence engagements for middle-market and upper-middle-market transactions while at Kroll in San Francisco.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, and a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Manchester.
