Jacqueline Ackerman, Managing Partner, Vantage Leadership Consulting.
Appointment marks a milestone as Ackerman becomes the firm's first female managing partner, set to take the helm as Vantage celebrates its 50th anniversary.
Chicago-based Vantage Leadership Consulting has named Jacqueline Ackerman, Ph.D., its next managing partner, effective January 1, 2026. A 23-year veteran of the firm, Ackerman will be the fourth managing partner in Vantage’s history and the first woman to hold the position. The leadership transition comes as the company prepares to mark its 50th year of operations.
Ackerman’s career at Vantage began nearly three decades ago when she joined as an undergraduate intern from Purdue University. In her new role, she will oversee the firm's strategy and operations while maintaining direct engagement with clients. Her focus will be on client partnerships, firm growth, and maintaining the company's internal culture.
“As we mark 50 years, I feel the honor and responsibility of stepping into this role,” Ackerman said in a statement. “Our legacy has always been about trust, long-term partnerships, and developing exceptional leaders. I look forward to protecting that foundation while ensuring we continue to evolve.”
Ackerman will succeed Keith Goudy, who has led the firm for the past decade. Goudy will remain an active member of the partner group to ensure a seamless transition.
“Jacki was the clear choice to lead Vantage into its next era,” Goudy stated. “She brings not only deep expertise in the full suite of our services, but also a spirit of partnership and energy.”
