Advisory firm Riveron has named Kaile Zagger as its new Industry Leader for the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. Based in New York, Zagger will oversee the firm’s consulting platform covering provider services, life sciences and medical technology.
Zagger brings over two decades of experience in the sector, with a background in operational turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic repositioning for both large corporations and private equity-backed companies.
In a statement, Riveron CEO Sam Shaw cited the "expanding need to address complexities in the sector" as a key driver for the appointment. He noted that combining the firm’s existing focus on the office of the CFO and private equity with Zagger's industry experience is intended to open new avenues for client growth.
The practice under Zagger’s leadership will concentrate on areas including restructuring, performance improvement, revenue cycle optimization, and value creation planning for investors. The firm stated that its industry team includes physicians, clinicians, and healthcare executives to provide cross-functional expertise.
