Rike Rabl, Chief Human Resources Officer, FTI Consulting.
Rabl, a former BCG consultant and current Deputy CHRO, will succeed Holly Paul effective Jan. 1, 2026. Paul is transitioning to a senior advisory role after 11 years leading the firm's HR function.
FTI Consulting has appointed Rike Rabl as its next Chief Human Resources Officer, with the change set to take effect Jan. 1, 2026. Rabl, who currently serves as the firm’s Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer, will join the Executive Committee and lead the global human capital strategy.
In her new role, Rabl will be responsible for talent acquisition and development, workforce planning, and total rewards. She will succeed Holly Paul, who became FTI Consulting's first Chief Human Resources Officer in 2014. During her 11-year tenure, Paul was responsible for building the firm’s recruiting and talent development teams and introducing new employee engagement initiatives. She will remain with the company in a senior advisory capacity.
Steven H. Gunby, CEO and Chairman of FTI Consulting, positioned the leadership transition within the firm’s broader growth strategy. “To continue to drive this Company’s powerful organic growth trajectory, we must compete and win in the two markets that matter most: the market for clients and the market for talent,” Gunby stated.
Rabl joined FTI Consulting in 2020. Her previous experience includes leading large-scale transformation initiatives at Fannie Mae as Head of the Transformation Office from 2014 to 2020. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at Boston Consulting Group, where she advised clients on strategy, organizational design and transformation projects.
“As a leading expert firm, our success depends on empowering our people to deliver exceptional results for clients and on our ability to attract, develop and retain the best professionals in the market,” Rabl said in a statement regarding her appointment.
