Firm enters the market with a model focused on integrating high-level strategy with hands-on implementation to guide organizations through periods of growth and transition.

A new women-owned strategy and implementation consulting firm, Northly, has officially launched. Founded by four seasoned partners, the firm aims to help organizations connect strategic planning with practical execution.

The firm's approach is built on the principle that strategy and implementation should be closely linked. "At Northly, we believe change is constant—and full of possibility," said Rebecca Schumer, co-founder and partner. "Our role is to help organizations harness that possibility by pairing bold thinking with disciplined execution."

Northly offers services across three main areas: Strategy & Ideation, Evidence & Insights, and Reach & Scale. The firm states its model is designed to be agile and collaborative, with a focus on translating insights between the corporate and social impact sectors into effective approaches.

The launch comes at a time when leaders across industries face pressures ranging from funding volatility to rapid technological shifts. "This is not a moment to shrink ambition," said Betsy McCallon, co-founder and partner. "Leaders are facing real pressure. But these same constraints can open the door to bigger thinking, bolder choices, and transformative impact."

Northly operates with a senior-led, high-touch model, offering flexible engagement options that include senior thought partnership, embedded implementation support, or comprehensive assistance across all three service pathways. "At Northly, we partner with leaders who are ready to navigate pivotal moments," said Petra Miebach, co-founder and partner. "We work side by side with teams to turn strategy into action and keep momentum going."

To manage the scope of client engagements, the firm utilizes its core team alongside a network of external collaborators, including strategists, facilitators, and other functional experts.
