Global consulting firm BRG has appointed Michael Kwak as a managing director in its Securities practice. Kwak brings more than 20 years of experience advising law firms, corporations, and government agencies on matters related to complex financial instruments and corporate governance

In his previous work, Kwak focused on engagements involving securities fraud, market manipulation and valuation disputes, providing support for testifying experts during various phases of securities litigation. His expertise covers damages estimation, market efficiency analysis and institutional trading behavior.
