Tracy Countryman, Senior Managing Director, Industry X, Accenture.
30-year industry veteran rejoins the firm from PA Consulting, succeeding Nigel Stacey who is moving to a new role within the company.
Accenture has announced that Tracey Countryman has rejoined the firm to serve as the global lead for its Industry X division. The appointment is effective immediately, and Countryman will also become a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee. She will be based in London.
The Industry X practice encompasses Accenture's services for digital engineering and manufacturing, as well as infrastructure and capital projects.
Countryman brings 30 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain, having spent 27 of those years in a previous tenure at Accenture. Her work has spanned multiple sectors, including oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and utilities. During her prior time with the firm, she was involved in building the services that later formed the Industry X division and also led its global manufacturing business.
After leaving Accenture, Countryman held several executive committee roles at PA Consulting, including Global Head of Markets and Head of the U.S. business.
She takes over the leadership of Industry X from Nigel Stacey, who has led the division for the past five years and will be transitioning to another role at Accenture.
