Ron White, Chief Information Officer, Guidehouse.
Firm brings on the 35-year technology veteran to lead its IT operations and advance its focus on integrating artificial intelligence across the business.
Guidehouse has named Ron White as its new Chief Information Officer, a move that signals the professional services firm’s continued focus on embedding artificial intelligence into its operations and client delivery models.
White, who has over 35 years of experience in enterprise technology and data strategy, will be responsible for the firm's internal IT operations, cybersecurity, and cloud initiatives. His appointment comes as consulting firms across the industry are increasingly elevating the CIO role from a back-office function to a strategic position central to business transformation and service innovation.
In a statement, Guidehouse CEO Scott McIntyre noted White’s background in deploying AI at scale. "His experience leading high-performing teams and deploying AI at scale aligns with our mission to deliver trusted, measurable value for our clients," McIntyre said.
White’s previous experience includes leading large-scale system deployments and developing analytics capabilities for complex organizations. According to the firm, his recent work has focused on AI and agentic technologies, positioning him to lead Guidehouse's efforts to expand its AI-led model.
"By advancing the firm’s AI-led model and aligning innovation with purpose, we’ll continue to reshape how work gets done," White commented on his new role.
Guidehouse, founded in 2018, has been actively investing in its technology foundation, including AI platforms, data governance, and workforce training. The hiring of a CIO with a specific mandate to drive its AI strategy suggests the firm is looking to accelerate these efforts to maintain a competitive edge in a market rapidly being reshaped by new technologies.
