Venus Kennedy has a 20-year journey being a trusted advisor to senior client executives and boards of directors, primarily in Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions across several industries including Financial Services, Consumer & Industrial Products, Energy and Agribusiness. From a client service perspective, Venus has served as the executive advisor or global leader for some of the largest, most iconic and complex deals in history. Venus was previously a leader in the US and Brazil and currently is the Global Deputy M&A CEO. Her passion for people has led her to serve as the Strategy & Transaction Purpose Leader, highlighting how we can achieve purpose in the work that we do for a 4300-person portfolio.

Venus spent 10 years at Deloitte Brazil in various roles, including steering the growth of the M&A Brazil offering, Strategy, Artificial Intelligence and M&A leader, and leader of Latam M&A where she coordinated Brazil, Mexico, S-Latam and Chilean teams. On the personal side, Venus is married and mother to Nicolas (5 years) and Isabella (3 years). Venus holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in International Business from the University of Washington.
