The 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting: Natalie Skinner

Natalie Skinner is a Managing Director and Partner at CCS Fundraising with 15 years of experience serving clients across education, faith-based, human services, healthcare, arts and culture, public media, international, environment and association sectors. She has led numerous capital campaigns, feasibility studies, strategic plans, development assessments, and major gift and annual fund initiatives. Natalie has served as Counsel on campaigns that have raised over $1 billion in total, including multiple gifts exceeding $100 million. Natalie is a member of the Mid- and South-Atlantic Region executive team and has served as a sector leader for education and faith-based clients. She actively contributes to the firm’s culture and growth through her service on the Client Services and Talent & Culture Committees of the CCS Board of Directors.

Natalie also facilitates training for CCS Directors, presents at fundraising conferences, and has chaired the firm’s Recruitment Committee. She recently completed a four-year term on the Board Executive Committee of the Association of Fundraising Professionals DC Chapter. Natalie earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware. She lives in Reston, Virginia, with her husband and two sons.
