The 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting: Jennifer McGee

Jen McGee is a partner in Kearney's strategy, growth and organization transformation practice, specializing in organization design and large-scale transformations. Jen is our Americas Transformation Lead having played a critical role at multiple clients to architect and lead multi-year transformational journeys delivering significant value to her clients. Jen has over 15 years of consulting and industry experience, she focuses on the people elements of driving sustainable change across consumer goods, manufacturing, and aerospace and defense industries. Her work with these clients covers a wide range of topics, including transforming business operations, supply chain, organizational design and governance, culture and change management. Since joining Kearney as a summer associate during business school, Jen has been passionate about people and has led our Washington, D.C. office with over 80 employees for the past 5 years. Jen enjoys adventures whether that is hiking with her Shiba Inu, scuba diving with her partner, or exploring a new country – she is well on her way to joining the Travelers' Century Club.
