The 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting: Alexis Sutlief

Alexis Sutlief is a Senior Associate at Two Roads Consulting with nearly a decade of experience spanning research & development, as well as consulting. She began her career in R&D, where she spent six years bringing new products from concept to launch, building deep expertise in cross-functional collaboration, process scale-up and data-driven problem solving. In her current role, Alexis supports strategic initiatives for clients across industries, with a focus on large-scale cloud transformations and technology-enabled change. She is known for her collaborative style, her ability to lead through ambiguity, and her thoughtful approach to solving complex business challenges. Alexis holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, she’s a passionate animal lover and advocate, caring for three rescue dogs and supporting local community rescue efforts. She’s attended numerous community service events with Two Roads, and has humbly accepted the “Helping Hands” award at the company’s end-of-year celebration. She also enjoys hiking, biking and exploring new places.
