The 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting: Adriana Berrocal

Adriana Berrocal is the Global Market Leader for Valuation & Modeling (V&M) at Deloitte, where she drives strategy and innovation for a multidisciplinary business spanning over 120 countries. A civil engineer by training, Adriana began her career as a solo real estate appraiser before pivoting into business and intangible asset valuation. Her passion for ethical finance and analytical rigor led her to become the first Latin American to earn the Intangible Assets specialty designation from the American Society of Appraisers. She also served as Appraisals Director for Mexico’s Commission of Appraisal of National Assets and founded her own consulting firm. Adriana joined Deloitte in 2016 as the only woman V&M partner in Latin America. She quickly rose to lead the regional practice—now with three women partners—and was later appointed to oversee the global market. A champion of inclusive leadership, Adriana spearheads global mentoring programs and equity-focused initiatives that embed talent development into Deloitte’s mission. Beyond the firm, she served as President of IMEF and actively contributes to international women’s organizations and regulatory boards, using her platform to advance ethical finance and gender equity.
