Energy technology company is combining its advisory capabilities into a single global brand, aiming to provide end-to-end solutions that integrate consulting with software and project implementation for clients tackling energy and sustainability challenges.

Schneider Electric has launched SE Advisory Services, a new global consulting brand that consolidates its various advisory offerings. The new entity is designed to help organizations address challenges related to energy efficiency, sustainability, and technology adoption through electrification, automation, and digitalization.

The company states the move is a response to growing market complexity. With projections of global electricity demand rising over 3% annually through 2030, businesses are navigating the difficult path to decarbonization while also managing intricate global supply chains. SE Advisory Services was created to provide a more integrated approach to strategy and execution in this environment.

“Consulting services are not new at Schneider Electric and have proven invaluable to clients in the past,” said Frédéric Godemel, Executive Vice President of Energy Management at Schneider Electric. “Today, we’re evolving that offering to give clients clarity and a clear path toward net zero.”

According to the announcement, SE Advisory Services will expand beyond traditional advisory to include software and project implementation. This end-to-end model is intended to help clients move from strategy to execution more effectively. The service is structured around four core domains:

  • Sustainable Business & Industrial Transformation: Focusing on transition planning, decarbonization, renewable energy, and circularity.
  • Risk Management & Resilience: Addressing energy volatility, cybersecurity threats, and climate risk to improve operational resilience.
  • Resource & Asset Performance: Evaluating systems to improve reliability and reduce waste.
  • Intelligent Software: Providing software products with embedded AI to connect workflows and convert data into actionable insights.

The integration of technology and software is a central component of the new brand's strategy. “Energy, technology, and software are now inseparable drivers of industrial progress,” said Gwenaelle Avice Huet, EVP of Industrial Automation at Schneider Electric. “Our consulting approach helps customers identify the critical levers for transformation, unlocking the full potential of electrification, accelerating automation, embedding digitalization, and strengthening cybersecurity.”

This strategic focus on integrated energy transition services was recently noted by the IDC MarketScape, which named Schneider Electric a Leader in its "Worldwide Energy Transition Professional Services 2025 Vendor Assessment" in August.
