Real estate and economics consulting firm will now operate fully under the Andersen brand, three years after initially joining the professional services firm's platform.
Rosen Consulting Group (RCG), a real estate and economics consulting firm, will now operate under the Andersen brand. The change completes an integration process that began three years ago when RCG first joined the Andersen platform. The move is intended to combine RCG's specialized real estate advisory services with Andersen's broader capabilities in tax, legal and valuation.
The integration formally incorporates RCG’s expertise in real estate investment analysis, economic forecasting, and strategic advisory into Andersen's existing real estate practice. This practice serves a range of clients, including investors, funds and high-net-worth individuals, with services like property tax appeals, cost segregation and tax strategy.
"Our transition to the Andersen brand underscores our shared commitment to providing clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions,” said Ken Rosen, chairman of Rosen Consulting Group, which he founded in 1990. “Adopting the Andersen brand enables us to expand the scope of our services while continuing to provide the same quality expertise our clients have come to expect.”
The RCG leadership team, including Managing Directors Randall Sakamoto and David Bank, will continue in their roles under the Andersen brand. Sakamoto has led the RCG team for over a decade, while Bank previously served as an economist at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Mark L. Vorsatz, global chairman and CEO of Andersen, stated that the full integration of the RCG team aligns with the firm's goal of providing clients with seamless, multidisciplinary services.
Andersen is the founding member of Andersen Global, an international association of independent member firms. According to the company, Andersen Global has more than 44,000 professionals and a presence in over 600 locations worldwide.
