Firm reported 4.9% USD growth, driven by its Americas region and a multi-billion dollar investment strategy focused on Generative and Agentic AI capabilities.

Deloitte has reported aggregate global revenue of $70.5 billion for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2025, representing a 4.9% increase in U.S. dollars (4.8% in local currency) compared to the previous fiscal year. The firm also expanded its global workforce to over 470,000 people.

A significant theme in the announcement is the firm's strategic focus on artificial intelligence. Deloitte has allocated over $3 billion for investments in Generative AI (GenAI) through 2030 to develop new products and transform its service delivery. The company highlighted its work in Agentic AI, launching the Deloitte Global Agentic Network and its first Agentic AI product business, Zora AI™, which is designed to build AI agents that can autonomously execute tasks.

“Clients around the world are placing their trust in Deloitte to navigate an unprecedented level of complexity and change,” said Joe Ucuzoglu, Deloitte Global CEO. “By integrating our… expertise across key business domains with our modern engineering capabilities and outcome orientation, Deloitte is uniquely positioned to help businesses, governments, and markets capture the full potential of AI.”

The FY2025 results were presented under a new business unit structure, which the firm described as part of a completed transformation of its go-to-market strategy.

Regionally, the Americas led growth at 7.1% in local currency, followed by Asia Pacific at 4.9%. A breakdown of revenue growth by business unit is as follows:

  • Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T): 5.5% growth
  • Tax & Legal (T&L): 5.4% growth
  • Technology & Transformation (T&T): 4.7% growth
  • Audit & Assurance (A&A): 3.8% growth

The firm also noted an expansion of its partnership with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). Beginning with the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games, Deloitte will serve as the Games Technology Integration Partner, tasked with advancing the technology infrastructure for future Olympic and Paralympic events.

In FY2025, Deloitte’s direct investment in learning and development totaled more than $673 million globally, with a focus on upskilling in areas including GenAI, cloud, and cybersecurity.
