The additions of Pam Price and Gina Hedstrom are intended to expand the management and technology consulting firm's capabilities for its payer and provider clients.
AArete, a Chicago-based management and technology consulting firm, has announced the appointment of two new managing directors, Pam Price and Gina Hedstrom, to its healthcare practice. The firm stated the hires are part of a strategy to enhance its services for healthcare organizations.

Pam Price joins the firm with more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Her background includes work across the Medicare Advantage landscape, with a focus on revenue optimization, provider engagement, and financial operations. Her expertise covers CMS regulations, data analytics, and risk adjustment methodologies.
Gina Hedstrom, a registered nurse, brings over two decades of experience in consulting for payer and provider operations. Hedstrom will serve as a managing director in AArete’s Payment Intelligence® practice. Her role will focus on strategic initiatives related to payment accuracy, automation, operational strategy, and healthcare data. Throughout her career, she has advised U.S. health payers on policy optimization, claims adjudication, and utilization management.
The expansion of its healthcare leadership team follows several industry recognitions for the firm.
