Appointment of new Singapore-based Managing Director follows the tech consultancy's recent acquisition of New Zealand design firm Purple Shirt, signaling a focused regional growth strategy.
Tech consultancy Elemental Concept has named Chris Mitchell its new Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The Singapore-based role tasks Mitchell with leading the firm’s expansion, a move that comes shortly after its acquisition of Purple Shirt, a New Zealand strategy and design consultancy.
Mitchell brings more than 15 years of experience in digital and technology transformation projects, having worked with clients across the financial services, insurance, retail, and healthcare sectors.
The appointment is a key part of Elemental Concept's plan to integrate its core IT services with the customer experience and design capabilities it gained through the Purple Shirt acquisition. The combined offering is intended to provide a more comprehensive service for clients in the region looking to undergo digital transformation or accelerate their market entry.
