Acquisition marks Elixirr's seventh since its 2020 IPO and significantly scales its US operations, adding a strong focus on the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Elixirr has announced its acquisition of TRC Advisory, a U.S.-based consultancy specializing in growth strategy and commercial effectiveness for public and private equity-backed companies. The transaction is Elixirr's largest to date and its fifth in the United States, signaling a continued focus on expanding its presence in the North American market.

The deal follows a period of notable activity for Elixirr, including its move to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2025 and a strong first-half financial performance. The firm reported a 35% increase in revenue to £71.4 million for H1 2025, with 17% organic growth.

With the acquisition, Elixirr gains TRC’s client base, which is concentrated in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. TRC focuses on C-suite advisory services related to go-to-market models, pricing, and resource productivity. This move allows Elixirr to deepen its industry expertise and offer a broader set of services to a new segment of clients.

As part of the agreement, TRC’s leadership team will join Elixirr. Founder and Managing Director Tim Romberger, along with Mason Kissell, Cyrus Patel, Hemal Vyas, Mark Skoskiewicz, and Garan Geist, will become partners based in North America.

Stephen Newton, Founder and CEO of Elixirr, commented on the deal, stating, “TRC is exactly the kind of firm we look to bring into the Group: bold, entrepreneurial and obsessed with delivering results that create real impact.”

Romberger noted that the partnership would support TRC's next stage of growth. “With Elixirr’s global reach, industry breadth and complementary capability set in AI, digital, operations and brand strategy we will accelerate our progress,” he said.
