With more than 22 years at firms including HCLTech and Publicis Sapient, Arora will guide programs across IT governance, regulatory compliance, third-party risk and AI governance to help organizations strengthen resilience and keep pace with evolving rules.

MorganFranklin Cyber has appointed Jatin Arora as Managing Director and Head of its Cyber Strategy & Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practice. In this role, Arora will be responsible for leading the firm's advisory services that help clients align cybersecurity initiatives with business priorities and navigate complex regulatory environments.

Arora brings more than 22 years of experience to the position. He previously held senior leadership roles at HCLTech, Perot Systems (now NTT Data), and Publicis Sapient, where he led global practices focused on enterprise cyber risk and compliance. His background includes developing frameworks for technology adoption across several industries, including banking, life sciences, health care and manufacturing.

His expertise covers a range of domains critical to the GRC space, such as IT governance, regulatory compliance, third-party risk management (TPRM), and AI/GenAI governance.

This appointment comes as organizations face increasing pressure to manage digital risks effectively. The need to integrate cyber strategy with core business functions is a significant challenge for many companies, a point Arora addressed.

Arora holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. He is also an active contributor to the World Economic Forum Centre for Cybersecurity.
