Consulting Magazine has announced the honorees for the 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting awards. This year, the program recognizes 55 professional women and four firms for their impact on the consulting industry. The full list of honorees and firms can be viewed here.

Now in its 20th year, the awards program acknowledges female leadership in a sector that has historically been male-dominated. The individual honorees are recognized across eight distinct categories: DEI Champion, Excellence in Client Service, Excellence in Leadership, Excellence in Strategy & Leadership, Future Leaders, Lifetime Achievement, Mentor of the Year, and Technology Trailblazer. The four firm honorees were selected for successful women-led initiatives in DEI programming and efforts to retain female professionals.

Together, the honorees reflect the breadth of contributions shaping the profession today—from hands-on client delivery to mentoring, team-building and the adoption of new tools and methods. The program’s two-decade arc mirrors steady progress for women in consulting while underscoring the work still ahead.

“The remarkable achievements of these individuals and firms underscore the pivotal role of women in shaping contemporary business landscapes, and are worthy of being recognized at the highest level,” said Michael A. Webb, Director of Consulting Magazine. “Their accomplishments showcase excellence, innovation, and unwavering commitment to driving client success and organizational growth, and is what defines Women Leaders in Consulting honorees.”

The 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting will be celebrated at a gala dinner Nov. 12 at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel, in New York.
