CMAG: What market forces do you see as the most challenging?

The increasing regulatory complexity and geopolitical uncertainty pose challenges for our clients and, by extension, our business. Talent retention and attraction in a highly competitive market also remains an industrywide challenge. However, we believe our culture, strong client relationships and continued investment in our people position us well to navigate these challenges effectively.
