Another demonstration of our collaborative culture is our Consultant Engagement Councils (CECs). The Councils are comprised of consultants and business services team members from every career level and across regions and act as a vital link between colleagues and firm leadership. They are designed to foster cross-functional collaboration and innovation, working on initiatives that have real impact across the firm. This includes recommendations for ongoing professional development courses, open to all employees and focused on topics that have been identified by consultants for consultants. Additional opportunities to connect with colleagues include a well-established “Coffee Chat” program that pairs colleagues from across the firm in a 15-minute introductory chat.
